How do you get your sigs in the middle like, centered, and another one is, when people right like Hero-CX or something do they right CX because they are appart of the staff of Climb-X?

Some people just like to show their support and appreciation for the site. So the answer is no, not everyone that puts CX on their sig is on the staff.
