The first feels smooth and fits the render pretty well.
The second one has a good concept in the text and the bg looks fine except from one patch in the bottom left corner that doesnt seem to fit the rest.

Personaly I like the 2nd one. Its got a nice style, and feel about it. Plus the text is great
