seems a lil plain for vector but vectors hard so good job, is it real vector or vector brushes?
some are vector brushes and some are pen tool. i think that the only pen tool done was the dotted lines

the only brushes were the arrows and the circles in the bg..i did the big line and the squigly line and the dotted line...
oh im sorry,i thought you just made the tiny dotted line.
