uhmm....ok this one is not really a good sig sorry but i try to explain with my bad english.

At first it is to blurry, to empty, and to monoton at all.

Try to work out some better backgrounds with exercises at tutorials,
dont make it blurry that hard way and even try multicoloring.

Do some tut´s to get a feeling how they work but dont copy it only!!

is that a render or are you saying you brushed the dude yourself? either way, you shouldn't have blurred it. the background is really empty and you need something to make the background and the subject flow together. Use some more color. The color scheme only consists of tints and shades of that blue. You should keep the guy's original red color. Or better yet, you color it yourself The typography needs some help too. I tell everybody to keep borders and text simple. Dont try to do any crazy text effect. As is, I can't make any recommendations for fonts. Clean up the sig or start a new one and I'll see if I can help you. Your current signature for example has a font thats completely unrelated to the rest of the signature. For that one, Id use a simple, maybe a little more blocky font, not any sarif fonts.

Don't worry about it, you'll understand what fonts work where and where to place them etc. after doing a lot of art and getting crits on it. The concept will become clearer. So anyway, just remember to keep fonts simple, nothing crazy, and keep working
