Noob question...

I'm VERY VERY VERY new to templates, and I am designing a site for a friend, for money that is. Then I thougth about templates. What do you use to make them, and do you HAVE to be able to code to make one? or can you be a designer?

Yeah use PS unless you wanna code everything by hand (not recommended, but I started that way)

You get way less money for not coding too

1 - if u don't even know what to use to make templates, i'd suggest u skip this offer.
2 - it depends. if its just a small 1 page site u can just make the text in photoshop and slice and save the template, but if u want a good site then its going to be harder than that.
