Thats who originally did the work. Back Burn, people argue that its acceptable to use game renders because the game companies dont mind the extra attention. This however was made by an individual and it is copyrighted so you aren't allowed to use it. I'm not trying to be accusatory or harsh, but I think, at least out of respect for BlueBlack (artist who made that), that you should take it down. Ripping is taking something from somebody that you didnt make. Here, game renders are excluded. In my opinion, this, being that it was done by an individual, would be a rip. If anybody disagrees with me, please say so.

Dont use anything from anywhere unless it explicitly says you have permission to use it. Depending on the creator, it sometimes says that you may or may not have to give credit to him/her [the creator] and to show what you did with it. In this case, the artist you took that from is also making a profit off of that piece, making the copyrights even more important.
