Well I wanted it to have a rough look. Its not choppy, thats just the way it looks ^_~ I didn&#39;t want something real smooth, ect.

Heres a new one...

When the manip was originaly done.. it looked nothing like that. But then I turned it goth. Brushing, filtering, styling. But this time around I had the manip already done. So I just put an extra filter one it.

I could use some pointers on how to improve this.. my mind wen&#39;t blank :P C&C
