Looks a little plain. You should probably make the text bigger, and btw the text looks like a smooth metal that you just put a crack through which doesn't fight that well. I think you used an outer glow or made it's color yellowish. I would suggest making it match the background or give the background color.

You should probably make a bigger border since your sigs so big and dark you don't really notice what you have on the edges.

i disagree with nightfire, i think the text goes awesome. and the border is fine, if you had a bigger border it would ruin the whole thing. good grunge, my problem is blend the render a li'l more or desaturate him cuz he stands out too much

Looks plain, and is like many other sigs I have seen, needs some originality, don't worry, i'm crap at making sigs, your probablly much better than me, you just need to think of some more ideas.
