For one, I think the edge of her hair (where it touches the background) is blurry. Not to worry though, oftentimes hair is difficult to cut being that it has no uniform shape. Her shoulder also ends a bit abruptly. Also not a big deal. I like the colors (who doesn't like black, gray, white, and red?). The background isn't a bad start, but it needs more depth. It looks like a flat surface right now, which isn't a good thing. That seems to be the biggest issue. Another thing you should add to your list of things to fix is the mouth. The red color is bleeding off of the lips and onto the face. I suggest just starting over on the lips just for good measure. Make a selection around the mouth, and then desaturate it. Use the pen tool (if you already arent) and select the lips. It looks strange for the selection to be so sharp, which is why before you change the color you should feather the selection a bit. Don't do it too much though, just a subtle feathering will do to soften the transition from lips to face and from color to black and white. The typography isn't too bad. I think that if your going to keep the motion blur, at least tone it down just a little bit. Keep it up
