6.Filter> Artistic > Neon Glow and put the glow color to a blue put the glow size to 20 and the glow brightness to 13
    7.Filter > Blur > Gaussian set to 2.0 pixels
    8.Filter > Sharpen > Sharpen more

That is disrespectful calling people noobs. There beginners and will evantually make better sigs than the masters of it right now. Just like the Michael Jordan commercial for the "Whos Next" thing, people don't think you'll be as good/better than them but you start to make things better.

Masters only stay masters for a while, evantually they would get bored of PS, and let someone elses turn of the fame of being good.

    Please don't take that offensively

Thats just my thought on this,
    Derek

Guys, i'm actually insulted by your negativity here. when users try to help out our community by creating tutorials for us, the last thing I want to see is users bashing them for it - even if you feel its not the greatest thing in the world.

Thanks for the tutorial, I personally like the muddy effect.
