    Finially a hardware question!

What i would do, open the case, get the number of your motherboard ( it should be in the middle) and do a search for the number. Then do a search for the number, and you should be able to find a page with specs. for that motherboard (i.e. RAM max, processor max, etc).

Fatal - all hardware questions would be in the technical help forum, and this thread is actually missplaced.

Well since you didn't reply heres the exact link to your ram type....ram. it is garunteed to work for your system. You can't get 512 ram for your pc...yuo minimum is 384 ram. Dont try to put in over 384 or mother board will fry like a piece of toast
