    I AGREE, That would kick a$$. maby make all the balls rotate around diffrent directions with the atoms going around the balls..

    That's pretty sweet, I like the different colors of the balls, it brings out the sig more, very nice!

    You don't need one I suppose, but it'd be pretty easy in 3d.

    I don't like how theres no structure at all. Theyre all the same size (a couple differences) and are in random places. Itd make more sense if there were some more farther back, smaller and towards the middle and there were some that were larger and closer to the edges etc. Its clear that the rings are simply duplicates of one ring. The problem with that is, it doesnt follow where your light source is. The same goes for the "nuclei". Look at where the shines are on them. Sometimes theyre on the bottom, sometimes on the top. You also duplicated those nuclei and resized them to be used as electrons. I suggest looking into a 3d program to do that because its fairly easy to not only create but animate in 3d with such simple shapes. The background doesn't seem to fit because here you have some atoms and theyre just sitting on white. You should probably should think about that.
