The first one is the better of the two, but they are both good. On the first the only things I can find to nag about are the text and 'out-of-focusness' of it. It's a little blurry, which could be corrected with an unsharp mask. As for the text, well, it's a pretty cool idea, but it doesn't work on this sig. The drop shadow makes the text appear to be floating above the sig rather than it being part of it. This strange 'floating' effect is enhanced further by the bevel you applied to it.

The second one has levels and colour issues as well as main text problems. If you take the sig, duplicate the whole thing and the set the top one to 'overlay' you will get a sig with more colour and a lot more depth. The main text (Fire Demon) doesn't fit at all, I think it's the font more than anything. It may also be the size though. It should be smaller and more of a dark style font. If you put a blending option on the text like the one that's on it now, you may find it more aesthetically pleasing if you have two layers of it, as it will stand out more, but still blend in.

Sorry if you didn't want such a long post :P
