Sea from its blue, and well searel sounds good to me :P

Try adding more glow too your starfield.. Duplicate them and set them on linear dodge after gaus. blur.. Brush of some of the stars and have more dark spots... It's too uniform imo.. Planets need some work to... Try adding highlights and shadows to them with the emboss filter and level settings..The planets seem to have only inner atmosphere.. Try some outer glow to smooth out the jaggies.. dark spot on the planet is a tad too dark but gj for the effort..
