Looks pretty good, but it's not much of a manip, doesn't look like you have altered it at all, and take it from a person who basically did the same thing, watch a few tutorials and see what others actually do to the original and use as much techniques as you can from each tutorial, you can find some great manip tutorials out there, try these 2 sites for some:

Overall, it looks pretty good, but as i said before, you should watch some tutorials to help you improve, keep trying mate
