how can I make the edge of the sign like a glass.

Madball might have his own way of doing this. But its basicly...

New layer >
Select > All
Edit > Stroke - 10 px, inside, white... blah blah.

Then set the layer style to overlay ^^

I dont understand it deson't work the way u say can someone explain to me in any way u want... aslong as it look like a grassy edge

Make a new layer > Select All (ctrl+a) > Edit > Stroke > White 3px > Set the suitable blending mode .(maybe overlay)
