Bit boring but not everything has to be flashy all the time. Probably agree its one of your best if not the best. Nice work =)

Great work, different from the work that you make. I thought it looks something like Sobek mentioned..But my feeling is the sharp thing (the render) is stuck inside someone and you're viewing it from inside the person's body..sorry if i'm being a bit too gross xD
