Very expensive to get a lot there, even the suburbs are expensive. It&#39;s kinda like some parts of Dallas (Highland Park). Holy freakin crap, everyone in Highland Park has like a Ferrari, it&#39;s crazy (my mom used to be a teacher for Highland Park Schools).
