I CANT COPY/PASTE!!

When I copy somehting from my desktop or from a website and I try to paste it somewhere else I can cuz it ain't copy anymore.

How can I fix this? This ****ing comp is pissing me off, next time an gona burn it :angry: :angry: :angry:
