I don't like the lighting in the first one, I know its a WIP, but that should be something you want to watch out for, I really am feeling the second one, nice job!

for the second one, lessen the brushing, show more of the bg texture kinda, and work on detail for the brushing.

The 2nd one is pretty nice. I like the texture of the ball itself, tail might need a bit of work though.

The space scene looks okay. The planet looks great. I love the colors and look. Its just the background that kind of bugs me. Something about it doesn't really seem right and it could be that it has to many clumps of stars and they seem really flat. I don't know..could just be me. I've never done a space scene so I probably don't have a clue what I'm talking about. lol

Anyways nice work =)
