hes got a point...wrong section and its EXTREMLY boring and has very little in it to make it special at all.

I kinda like it, simple but has a nice theam and could use alot more work, but i think your on to something if you keep at it.. the more you play with it the more ideas you might come up with,

It's good for a base, but it will need a lot more work and embelishment. Also, I'd say lose the gradient in the header, it seems to 'cheese' it up.

ok, it's an ok start. but could you ever really see yourself going and wandering thought a website with that kind of set up? I can't =/...

Its not the best one i have seen but its not that bad, try changing the color of the flower banner. The dark color looks a bit strange. Also add some more fictive content so it doesnt seem so empty.
The 'category' bars are bit strange, try bringing the text to the front.

Google.com has a very simple design but it is very effective, it depends on the content what kind of design u make.
