Saving a tut on camtasia

Well, i saved the file, I need to know whats the best way to save a file (fro the audiance), and has the a decent file size...

Dimension: 1024x768 (or very close to it)
and its a sig tut, about 25 minutes long

Spider: 1024x768 will result in big files, you need to compress it in WMV or XVID. Now just hope .reflex makes a tut about it
