Well, lets make a list on what could be imporved ...

Firstly you could try to get a better colors scheme...kinda all over atm.

The border needs some work...try to make it clear.

The text is kinda different...maybe take a tut on text.

Try that out and u may just improve a little bit. =D

Its not too bad. The blue in the centre clashes a bit with the backgroun and the edge has gone a bit weird in the bottom right corner, but other than that its not bad at all. Both abstracts are quite good, just that they clash a tad.

sorry dude but i dont like a whole lot about this sig, the bg looks straight out of a tut, and the border needs a lot of work, and the text isnt good either i donno what you want me to say, keep workin on it dude.
