I've looked around and lots of you guys really like using no brushing, C4d renders, sharpning and filters...

What filters do you guys use the most and what outcoems can you get?

    it's all experimentation.

don't do it to be a trendwhore, do it to try new things.

They aren't wrong. Some tutorials help give new ideas and techniques.

I would only watch a tutorial to find out how that person makes their shit and to find out new shortcuts or new ways to spice up images because everyone uses PS different

Well, that's how I felt like ^ Really confused and not knowing how to start off. And then I watched a few tutorials that people made for making signatures with defaults and I learnt some new techniques and started experimenting with the filters and see what kinda outcomes they give you. That's basically how I started off..
