remove the some of the brushing on teh render, adn make smaller sizes, but yeah there are some sweet tuts here so try some out ^_^

Yup, like KingOvHell said, remove the brushing on top of the render and try blending in the render more with the BG. Some parts of the BG is too bright, I suggest lowering down the brightness of them. Also, improvements on the text will be needed too. The bevel and emboss doesn't fit imo. Try a smaller size and read some tutorials, I'm sure you'll improve
