I just joined today. but I went to "search" to look for a specific render, but when i clicked search, it said, "You do not have permission to access this page at this time. It may be one of several reasons..." But I did register, so i don't know what's wrong. Help would be appreciated, thanks.

as you know CX is loading quite slow, to prevent it loads even slower only subscribers can search the forum, i know its stupid but thats the way it is now.

Sure, you use V-Money to buy stuff FROM the shop, and you can buy stuff like new member titles etc. you get V-Money by posting and you can also get it from other members!
