1) Ok first of all you need to make a cube, to do this go:
OBJECTS > PRIMATIVE > CUBE
A cube should now appear on the screen.
2) You need to resize the Z axis to 450m. There should be a side bar on the right, at the bottom of that bar there should be the option to do that;

You should now have a cuboid.
3) To make alterations to this cuboid we will need to make it editable. To do this press C. Next we need to chose how we are going to edit it. We are going to use the point tool. You can select this on the left tool bar or you can go;
TOOL > POINTS
4) The cuboid should have little points on the corners, you need to drag these out when holding the mouse button, they should have a sort of star shape. I oinly dragged one corner out slighly, it just alters the effect later on.
5) Next we need to add a Matrix Extrude, to do this go;
TOOL > POLYGONS - This is required to be active or matrix extrude is grayed out.
then...
STRUCTURE > EDIT SURFACE > MATRIX EXTRUDE and use the following settings;

6) Repeat step 5, the settings should be the same. So just go
STRUCTURE > EDIT SURFACE > MATRIX EXTRUDE and click ok. You have now applied 2 Matrix Extrudes.
It should now look a mess, yes? Thats good.
We are now going to add some deformers, any deformer we generate needs to be made a child of the cube object, it should look like this for a bend modifier. This is an example of what you need to do once creating your deformer, just drag it into the cube.

8) The first deformer we are creating is a bend deformer, to do this go;
OBJECTS > DEFORMATION > BEND and use these settings;

9) The next deformer is a Twist deformer to make a twist deformer, go;
OBJECTS > DEFORMATION > TWIST and use these settings;

10) The final Deformer we need to add is a Bulge deformer, to do this go;
OBJECTS > DEFORMATION > BULGE and use these settings;

11) Zoom out a bit and get your desired angle, then apply a hypernurbs, use the default settings and drag the cube into it. Your object list should look like this;

12) All that is left to do is apply a material and render with your render settings
My final result was this;

Good luck, hope it helps.

I think it looks awsome, but I've got one problem, don't be mad at me for being so noobish. But the Matrix Extrude won't work for me.
You were talking about Structure > Edit Surface > Matrix Extrude, but I have only got STRUCTURE > MATRIX EXTRUDE, and it doesn't work =(

Edit: Just figured it out =) lol, I'll post my result in Digital art when I'm finished, thanks alot, this tutorial is very aprecciated.
