I think its "Centre" as in maybe a sort of a shoppingmall... although everything is free :P

Favourite has a damn u in it. As for the banner, I like the look, the rop right seems a little to sharp and distracting. Maybe if the effect was more faded or something.
I like it. One thing, though. "HELP" should go last. Not only alphabetically, but its the understood layout for sites that "help" and contact go last. :/
Work on the seconday text, doesn't look very well positioned.
