Can anyone help me with Cinema 4D?

Hey, I'm pretty... well... really really new to C4D and well, I was woundering if anyone could either walk me through some stuff or show me some good Tutorials that can teach me how to use it well. The main reason is that I'm getting tired of plain Photoshop sigs and I want to start trying new things. So, I give mega thanks to anyone can help me out.
