    Well, my PS screwed up so i havn't been around alot but i just got it to work again but i have to get all my brushes back so i made a couple using just filters...





    And this next one i made in MS Paint

    i really would not recommend filters until you are intermediate. u will learn more filter tricks as u get better. especailly stay away from liquify dude

    Liquify is definately a tricky filter, its best used with other effects. Nice starts, but I think you need to try a few things with your background.

    just use defaults, they work pretty well
