Making Transparent Renders in c4d

Hello,

Can anyone tell me how i can make my c4d renders transparent?

Any help is appreciated.

Add transperancy to the material.

Edit the material... Go to the transperancy tab.. turn it on and edit the settings..

well what i do is

1. find a pic from a site and copy

2. open photoshop and go to new and where it shows
White
Transparent and w/e

choose Transparent

3. paste the pic on and start cropping

4. once ur done cropping save it as .GIF or .PNG dont save as .jpeg

in c4d go to render settings.. find the tab with the options about the filename and what file. select targa.. en mark the alpha channel.

open up in photoshop select channels. ctrl click on alpha channel and voila you only have to do ctrl+c and past it in an other document
