    Can someone please tell me how to blend

    blend what? you can blend different things..

    In general:

    Right click on your layer (in the layer box on the right) and click blending options. There you can mess around with all sorts of blending and effects.

    I just do

    Eraser on like 20% opacity and erase around edges until blended.

    Mess with blending modes, feathered deletes. Soft erasing brushes.

    A good way to blend is to use a layer mask, it gives you more room for fixing mistakes.

    Layer masks are good . Try to make the colours of the background flow from the render/stock, this will give it much better blending

    Its down in the bottom right corner, its a white circle inside a grey square.
