hey guys,
I'm new to Photoshop and still learning the lingo and stuff but, what woul dbe the easist way to remove the background from this image so I just have the girl there;

please help
thanks!!

Easiest way, imo, would be to grab the polygonal lasso tool, zoom in to 1000% and go around her outside. There are other ways, but thats just as easy (And easier to explain) .

one other question;
how do u make it so Photoshop diesn't snap to the end when I'm moving images around? like I want to move it close to the end but not exactly at th eend however when I get anywhere near the edge it snaps to it

what do i do after I lasso it?
also, it doesn't seem very accurate this way :S
am I doing it wrong?

That is the most accurate way . Have you zoomed in fully?

i'm getting the hang of it now and I like it
thanks

You can also use the pen tool to cut it out, basically rendering. Pen tool will definantly give you best results.
