I know how to make ONE animation at a time, but how does one proceed to make to animations (like a text animaton and a stock animation) flow at the same time?

i think Tweening can help you there, i'm not entirely sure but make a new layer, copy your other animation into the current one, then make them tween

i think i can help you here. first, select the two frames that you want to tween (the beginning and final frames of the specific animation). then when you click tween, a menu should pop up with two bullets under "Layers": choose the one that says "selected layer." that way, the tween will only affect the layer that you currently have selected and won't mess up anything else. to do the next part of the animation (for example, the stock), just repeat this process making sure that your tween is set to "selected layer." hope this helps.
