font help

Okay i need help i know this font is Times new roman but i want to know how can i make a bg like this

I want to know how can i make it excat samething

well... best bet would be a gradient overlay.. b/w one.. for the fade from light to dark..
for the bg.. fill it up with the colours you see.. then add some textures.

sorry dude..what i wanted to know is that u see the font..where can i get that font or how can i do it...i was talking about the black bg around the font not the goldish in the back..thx again
