Ok so like I'm on the internet. And this little window pops up form Norton Anti-Virus Worm Protection. It says that a worm has tried to enter my computer and has been blocked. And then my internet just stops working. Then hours later, it comes back on. Idk how to fix it or get rid of it. It shows me their IP also. What should I do?

I don't really know what to do, but try running Ad-Aware if you got it.. it checks all the files in your computer for "bad files", and it puts them in quarantine, then you can delete them manually.

Yep, end process, quarantine it, then delete that crap. Next, take the IP address you have and mailbomb the hell out of them or something.

So what happens when I click "End Process"? What does that do?

    Which process do I end?
