On the first one I agree 100% with slim, on the seconded one I love it the background looks terrific especially for no brushing and the render is blended great, my only issue is the text all I can say on that is ew.

All renders are rips, why do you care specifically about Deviantart?
Its not as if people ask permission before cutting out "renders" for sigs.. or atleast, very rarely do they do so.

Well because it was hand drawn and it was like one of the best on DA and was on the front page. So it was copyrighted. =\
