Making a personal/private website

Hi there, I'm making a photo website of pictures of my friends and misc. stuff taken by me. It's meant to be viewed just by me and my friends but I would like to get some of your comments on the layout I did before I continue with it. Any comments and suggestions are welcome, but just don't suggest anything too advanced since I'm still only average at PS. Thanks.

needs some work definetly, but is a nice template for average. work some more on makin it flow well, but i like it.

What exactly do you mean by making it flow more, I mean, what kind of changes would I need to make to it.
