I dont know alot about webdesign, but i really like what you have done, colours are clean, yet the purple stands out from the grey and white and the over cast clouds in the pic go with the grey layout, nice man GD Job IMO

The main problem that i see in this picture is that the purple is taking everything over, heck, trying to control the world...jk...
The "welcome vrael" text is a bit to pixelly to fit in imo, and I think the login place should be changed around somehow
