senior prank

ok.. me and my buddies started planning this huge controversial senior prank in december..and we wrote a letter in january... that pretty much went like this:

it had the same letter head as our school.. and everything..there was a few misspellings of names on purpose..and stuff..like our principals name was spelt particia flowers insteada patricia.. anyway.. and the letter was addressed to all seniors that were attending prom. We stated that in order to help with the "ever rising teen pregnancy rates" and "to keep the students safe from std's and other harms" during the prom weekend, the school would issue one "spartan prophalactic condom" with each couples prom tickets.

to top that off.. we added another paragraph... and to prevent students from drunkness and other problems... (dont ask y drunkness...i guess in case we wanted to wait out til we were sober...) RENTABLE ROOMS would be available for the privacy of couples. The profits from the rooms would go towards "paying the seniors classes debt of prom".


ok.. well we thought this would go ok..cuz we didnt really plan on sending it out...in january.. well last week LOL my friend michael got the bright idea to send it to 70-90 of our 195 person class.
The town went nuts... it was all over area news... including indianapolis and richmond indiana news...cities over 45 minutes and a few hours away. we figured it would just get a laugh..and be done with it..

They suspended michael for sending them for 5 days, and he was not allowed to attend prom. In addition to that, all scholarships he had were revoked, and he lost his membership to NHS (national honor society)... he took full blame for it...i mean it was for sending em..but he wasnt the only one who wrote it..there was like 5 of us.. we didnt get charged cuz we didnt know he was sending them until he spent 40 sum dollars to send em... and we got ours in the mail 2 days later.

Whats ur guys views on this? i might be able to copy the whole letter so every1 can see it sumtime..its flippin hilarious really..

Think thats pretty harsh though, they should have just seen the funny side of it and got over it!

we fought that... it was just the fact that it caused such a stir in the community that the principal had to do SOMETHING to save her self...so that was the outcome..

Ok, scholarships provoked. that would be like death to me. Im only like in gr 8, but I have a huge chance to get a good scholarship, and my sister might get a full one cause she might be the top student in here gr, shes gr 10.

I think that the prank was incredible, and earns my respect. Too bad your friend got caught
