I like number 2, im guessing the Hebrew in the second one is like a slogan and they help to advertise more so 2 ftw!

Yeah I agree. V3 looks really nice. =)

v3 works, i like the colours they stand out just enough to get people attention, but it's not over the top, so it works well for what it's supposed to be.
