Just something I scrambled up.
-
very chaotic, try to make all the effects go in one direction, nice colours, but text is very sharp and hard to read

I don't mean to argue with your criticism JMX (I realize you're stating your opinion) I just have to point this out so that nobody gets the wrong idea. I've heard that quite a bit. That is, one should make the elements go in one direction. That is a concept that is associated with design, typically advertisement. [Static + Visual] advertisements are supposed to make your eyes follow a path. Design has rules. There is a right and wrong design, but there is not a right and wrong art because art doesn't have rules. As an artist, in this piece for example, maybe Skylark wanted to portray the insanity one feels when confined (hence the name). He did so by making it very chaotic. Anyway, my only point here is that nobody should feel pressured to make their art a certain way, make it how you want to make it

It has a very real sense of depth, which I like.
I've never been a fan of the tiny tiny font thing though.. I just don't get the appeal of squinting to read someone's name. Let's face it, after the about-a-gajillion sigs I've seen over the last few years it's going to have to be something pretty damn amazing for me to make a conscious effort to read it. So unless you're absolutely, 100% convinced you have reset the boundaries of art as we know it try using at least a 14pt...

I didn't much like the text either, by the way. It was sharper than I intended, even after I faded the sharpen. Thanks for the CnC so far.
