couple of cool layer effects

i was simply playing around tryin to get this to have a strange overlay and all the sudden FIRE it looked really cool so i gave it a border touched it up and saved it before i messed it up lol

it wud make a good sig background but on its own it looks rather plain :P also the border keep it simple black or white. :P
it actually looks like that thing outta the lord of the rings.
