Basic beginner Tutes

I am looking for help. I need the most Basin, beginner tute around. I have tried playing with Photoshop CS and am having major troubles...

I want to know how to eventually make sigs, similar to the one I have, donated to me by another person....

I cant even figure out how to get 3 different photos onto 1 thing...

Those sites are top notch, you wont find any better places that has tuts.
