this tut is very easy to understand... the brushes i used for the smudge part were made using nail polish on a scanner it may have been done before by others but why not try it yourself!...dont sue me xD i didnt force you to screw your scanner up ;P

brush:

save it>open it>goto edit>define brush and there ya go.
