Ah, I recall first seeing this badass in KoF '99. Made it for a battle on another site earlier today, but I won't get into that. Didn't look good with anymore text on it, either, so it's also the first one I've ever put out without my name. :x

the render is taking up more than half of the sig imo... make it smaller
