ok first off you need to blend the stock/render in more. Text is bad but know one can ever seem to get the text perfect. For me the bg(background) is way to plain. And when you get better try some lighting effects.

And if were to upgrade this signature, please take away that brown circle..if you like it then leave it i guess but it looks really bad. If you want to get better go to the tutorial board, those really do help peeps and they will make you better...lates and good luck..bAy((

For a first it is VERY good but the background is a bit plain , the text needs work, and please dont use drop shadows on the border.

You have a lot of potential, but follow what bAy said and you should be alright. It takes time, so stick with it!
