Sig Tag Things?

I see alot of these but never really set out to find out how they are made or where to get them.

They are a siggy in the shape of a Thin Bar usually saying stuff like


"Zelda Fan" with little Triforce on the other end of the sig.
Or
"Mountain Dew Fan" with the Logo on the other side.

They're called "Userbars". They've been explained somewhere before. I'll find the post.

EDIT:

i think its when people make little bars that they put in thier signature space saying what programs they use where they are from and stuff like that.
