Interesting stuff..
I like the text, it fits the theme - I like the tags with the softer text. The lines in between are pretty good but the hearts, they just lack something, especially the white one. I think of the white heart as pure but it looks somewhat scratchy and cold so maybe you could make if softer..? I think the right side looks more appealing, effects wise.
It would look much better if the <3s were 3D. Maybe try a big piece out of this? It's an interesting concept and it might turn out pretty good. Took over 2 hours, wow. I don't think I could ever spend 2 hours on making tags =P

LOL! It's not ugly but it could use with some touching up, that's all.

Unfortuantly I tried and Tried but can't fix the Scratchy Coldness Of the 'Pure' Heart.

1. Too many versions. Your text is poorly done, so all I'd say you'd really need is the first one.
2. They're quite decent for "still learning", although you need to work on blending and transitioning certain parts. Creativity-wise, they're excellently conceived, and I'm glad you aren't succumbing to the "render+text+background" fixed-mold that the average Sig-maker uses.
3. I do quite like the right side's heart... It's sharpened very well.
4. Continue spending a lot of time on all the art you do. That's not to say that you should spend more time on something than is necessary, but never think to yourself "2 hours is way too long for a sig".
... With the exception of this stamp.
